Demon Paintball is committed to protecting your privacy. This page sets out our privacy policy and explains how your personal information (meaning any information about you which is personally identifiable like your name, address, telephone number or email address) will be used.

When you submit an order with Demon Paintball you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your contact and delivery details. This information will only be stored by us for the sole use of Demon Paintball to aid us in fulfilling your order.

Information that may be collected when registering as a customer of Demon Paintball:

Financial Details:

When paying for your order we do not store any of your credit/debit card details either on paper or digitally. All details are sent to our credit/debit card processing provider so payment can be processed by them directly.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure only Demon Paintball staff can access the records by means of physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest or manufacturers. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
